For painless and safe blood sampling from difficult and thin veins, we use special premium butterfly needles from Greiner, an Austrian company which allows us to ensure the complete comfort of the patient and obtain the most accurate results of the studies.

BLOOD SAMPLING AT HOME

For your convenience, we offer a home visit service by a nurse to take high quality biomaterials (blood, urine or feces collection), relieving you from the requirement to attend the laboratory early in the morning, on an empty stomach or with a full bladder. ELECTRONIC QUEUING SYSTEM

The electronic queue management system allows to increase the speed of service by 25-30%, creating maximum comfortable environment for patients, and this, in its turn, has a positive impact on the quality of test results.

QUICK PROVISION OF RESULTS

We provide test results in the shortest possible time - mostly in 6 hours. The results of certain tests can be obtained within 1 (one) hour. Details of obtaining the analysis results in an accelerated mode (CITO) can be clarified at the reception.

PROVISION OF RESULTS BY E-MAIL

Test results can be obtained by e-mail with free SMS notification. This significantly speeds up the process of receiving the answers, allows you to store test results electronically and, if necessary, to promptly send them to your physician.

FUNCTIONAL TESTS (ULTRASOUND)

To ensure a wider range of diagnostics, DIAGEN + laboratory conducts ultrasound studies using a premium device called Toshiba Aplio 500 Platinum. This allows the patient to receive the optimal amount of services during one visit.
