Privacy and website analytics

How DIAGEN+ uses website data and how to control optional analytics.

Public pages

Optional analytics helps us understand visits, language, general browser and device information, country, and use of call, email and map buttons. A button click is measured, not a completed call or enquiry.

Test results

Analytics code does not load on /p/… results pages, PDF results or administrative pages. We do not send result contents, form entries, visitors’ email addresses or personal result links to Analytics. Page addresses are sent without query strings or fragments, and referring addresses without their paths.

Your choice

Google measurement code does not load before you allow analytics. You may choose “Necessary only” and continue using the site. You can change your choice using Analytics settings at the bottom of the page. Rejecting blocks future measurement and removes our measurement cookies; data already transmitted is not automatically deleted.

Cookies and preference storage

Necessary session cookies support website operation and security. After consent, Analytics may create _ga and this measurement stream’s cookie for up to 180 days. Your choice is stored in this browser’s localStorage until changed or browser data is cleared. Advertising personalisation is disabled.

Google Analytics

Google Analytics 4 is used for public website statistics. Google processes the information it receives under its own terms and privacy policy. We do not enable advertising personalisation or Google Signals.

Contact

For questions about website data, email info@diagen.am. Do not send medical test results through public website forms.
